Shipping policy

AUSTRALIA 

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian domestic orders over $80 and $5 extra for choice of express shipping.

For all orders under $80, a $10 Standard shipping fee will be applied at the checkout and a $15 for choice of express shipping.

All orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel. Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse, and a further 1-3 business days for express shipping service. For standard shipping, please allow 2-6 days for delivery.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

International

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 AUD.

For all orders under $200 AUD, a shipping fee of $35 AUD will be applied at check out.

Your order will be sent with an expected delivery time of 6-27 days. Please also allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

DUTIES & TAXES

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which are applied by your local government and customs office on imported goods. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.
