Refund policy

All our products are meticulously hand made and undergo multiple quality inspections. Should you notice any apparent quality issues upon receiving the products, please email (info@mernee.com) immediately and provide us with photographs for assessment. Please await for approval before sending your package back, as we do not accept incoming returns that have not been approved by the team.

Note: 

Upon verification of a quality issue, we’ll gladly accept a return within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • A store credit will be issued within 7 days of receiving your return
  • Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, it must be unused and unworn.

Please bear in mind that all pearls vary in color, size, complexion, lustre and shape. Being a natural product, pearls may have some natural markings. Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, piercing jewellery for hygiene reasons.

Compared to conventional machine-made nails, handcrafted press on nails offer superior quality and comfort with designs that exude individuality. Handmade press on nails may exhibit slight variances and unavoidable manual errors due to their unique artisanal production process. Differences in measurement tools may result in potential size discrepancies. Due to variations in display devices, there may be differences in colour representation of the products.

Regarding non-quality issues, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to provide returns or exchange services. Please review measurements guidelines before placing your order to ensure selection of the product you desire.
